Just got a used 19 gray series sti, came with the alcantara steering wheel and found this video. I first noticed that the top of the steering wheel has no fluff and is dirty, thanks for showing me how to clean it!

I love that sonax product. I also bought a sonax brush for alacantara steering wheel cleaning, but it was a bit tough on my e90 m performance steering wheel. I think the key is proper drying of the steering wheel more so than the actual cleaning.

Had an alcantara steering wheel in one of my cars previously. To keep it looking tight I never actually drove with my bare hands. I always used driving gloves, and when I sold it the new owner could scarcely believe the condition it was in. They feel lovely but stain and deteriorate unless you do something like this to protect it.
Sooooo you use this on the seats also? If ya do I would love to see a before and after of that cuz your wheel looks great!
Yes you can use it on anything alcantara. Seats included.
how do you do your seats? do you just vacuum the Alcantara part or do you use this product as well
Use the product as well. Just a light scrub and vacuum up the rest.
