    Hi, we are as a organization are using zammad as a ticketing sytem for the logs we receive in graylog.
    We are new to zammad and need your help for confuguration and understand zammad better. It would be nice if we could connect.

      Hey,
      sorry, as a Zammad employee this is not possible. It's against my working contract.
      You have several options at this points in my opinion:
      If you need a more hands on training than what the documentation can give to you, a admin training would fit best. The webinar options are the best price variants:

      If you need help with general setup and constructing workflows and such, a custom workshop would be the best option:
      zammad.com/en/services/professional-services
      While I will bring online further videos like this exact one, I will not be able to connect with you or cover very specific use cases. I am sorry.
