on a 2013 challenger you remove the panel cover like you did and the four bolts but it will not just easly pull out like your video shows. its a pain in the ass to pull out.
I have done removes this panel several times so it shows that it’s easy to pull off the first time pulling it out it’s always going to be the hardest one after that it’s easy, if yours was never messed with previously then everything you try to mod or mess with going to be a pain, hopefully you were able to remove it without breaking anything
Yeah, I’ve had the same thing happened to me on other projects and say the same thing on other peoples videos lol 😆 well glad it worked out for you. 😎 👍🏼
Altergut on this model years 09-14 it does not have the a/v connectors neither the sub connectors. For the sub I got a video of the aftermarket sub being installed on the stock radio harness you need a line speaker module that has the ability to let you tap into the front speakers 🔊 to get the sub sound into your amp. You will have to get an aftermarket stereo for you to get the backup camera or a module to feed it to the Nav stereo
Yo can you help me how to install it. I need to add Bluetooth and the antenna, everything pretty much.... a more detailed video would be nice and or private message or email works... Mopar or no car.
It be complicated to do since they carry different wiring connectors on the new Uconnect stereos, your best way is to do a aftermarket iPad install or do a aftermarket touchscreen that has similar options like the new Uconnect. Unless you take the wiring harness of the new challengers with the correct Uconnect stereo and start by wiring each individual wire to the correct output you will need a wiring diagram of the new harness and same for your current year challenger and just connect each output to the correct wire on the new harness connector
the actual install with wiring harness part numbers and such would be more about the install than the features the radio you installed had.
Can’t wait to upgrade mines !!! Thanks
Nice system... Where did you find the navigation radio?
Could you post link for the navigation cord? Do you have separate video for that wiring?
Are you talking about the gps antenna?
I just changed to stereo and when I try to make a phone call they can’t hear me but I can hear them. Do you know why? I have a mic in my car
If you changed the stereo and you using the mic from previous stereo it could be it’s not compatible with the new one
@@triple_threat_lightz I had to pull the stereo out and it turned out the mic cable wasn’t plugged in
the dealership said that it won't work on my ride 2011 se

Does the nav head unit have A/V connectors for a back up camera and aftermarket subwoofer?

Where did you buy it?
Off fb challenger groups
Can you play music on bluetooth with the touchscreen radio
You can as long as it has the Bt module with your radio.
@Francisco send me a pm
Of what exactly you need.
Is it a aftermath radio?(the touch screen one)
RicoSwav Y no it’s an OEM touchscreen radio with NAVIGATION
RER or RHR, RER isn't an option for a 2011 R/T
This was add on later, didn’t get it from dealer, added on after a year or two from a salvage higher trim challenger.

I’m still waiting for the installation…
Yu just remove your old one and install the upgraded oem touchscreen radio the same way you took the old one off is not that hard.
Haha not much of a how-to. Also confused me on the gps antenna stuff. Would help to show all of that
Can you install a new uconnect in the older challengers??
