I finally cut my liner brushed down enough to make it work!! I mean it really worked!!! There are few hairs on it and it works so great!!! Rachel you ROCK!!!
I saw a lot of rock painting tutorials but this is seriously one of the nicest ones I have come across. I plan on adding one hieroglyph on each beetle ro make it mystical-ish. Love the style and the way you do the fine lines is super satisfying! 😊😊

Love your work. I wanted to tell you if someone hasn't already. Most people don't know that ladybugs come in many colors for real. I have seen them in my own yard. Blue, green, purple, orange, yellow and of course, red. So that was an fyi. Keep up the good stuff.

I tried cutting one of my paint brushes into a detail brush like you did, it didn't work out so well for me😅 I'm such a commitment phobe but when it comes to laying down paint. 😅 I want to draw with a pencil so I can erase. Or better yet just slap some graphics on it.😅. I love all your bug videos!!

This is so great! I have done four of these now. They look pretty ok, but not nearly as good as yours. I cannot get my paint blended nicely. I used an old makeup blending sponge that I no longer had a use for. What I'm finding is that instead of blending the paint, it just lifts it off the rock. What am I doing wrong?? Is it my paint, my sponge, my technique? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
these rocks are gorgeous! i use to paint rocks many years ago and watching your video inspires me to get back to it! i will watch the resin tutorial again because that step really gives your rocks added pizzazz!!! VERY pretty "bugs"... Really enjoy your videos. tfs
Rachel...OMG lady bugs are NOT blue!!!! Just kidding babe!!!! I bought that nail powder forever ago and found out it only works with gel nails and I am allergic soooo guess I can use it after all. Beautiful work...i love it. Tell me the best way to thicken my acrylics so they wont drip when i am painting or dotting rounded rocks .
