I think there's a lot going on in his head. His sister in law stood up to him and his wackiness, and he would just mumble and turn away. But later it turned out that he really hated her. It's a cesspool in his head. A scary cesspool. I'm only sorry that the jury had to take that terrible step of a death-sentence, not because he didn't deserve it, but because that's a heavy price for them to pay.

Get real. EVERYONE was investigated. The evidence revealed this wasn't a half assed investigation but a thorough and complete one. Anyone having ANY knowledge of these murders were either charged or made a STATE's witness and given immunity to testify against Chad, Lori and Alex. And of course Alex was dead so he couldn't be charged. There ARE NO loose ends. Chad's children are victims of the same manipulation used on Tammy, Lori, Alex and anyone else he could rope into his BS. His children have never known anything else. This is how they were raised and I don't envy the emotions they will experience if they ever see a glimmer of light and decide to become unbrainwashed.
If the defence lawyer gat his fees from the insurance stolen money does he have to return the money? Is it allow to use "blood money " on defence lawyer?

No, the insurance company will have to sue Chad if they want their money back. They can’t compel someone he gave the money to to return it.
Aside from it being difficult for the jurors to have to make the decision to sentence him to death it can’t be easy for Boyce to read the verdict aloud and inform someone that they’re gonna be put to death.

I thought that the prosecution team made an error in the discovery phase so the judge took the death penalty off of the table. I’d have to check again to make certain.

What happened is the prosecution did not turn in some paperwork in a timely matter. Because Lori had not waved her right to a speedy trial They had to try her. They were not ready to pursue the death penalty. That's the reason. It's not because she was a woman like some people say, and it's not because of anything else. It's because she played the cray cray card enough times that she ran down the meter on the time we had to try her. Another clerical error on the prosecution side, and there was nothing the judge could do. He had to try her. The discovery was not turned in in time to pursue the death penalty.
I wonder how other inmates will treat him due to the fact that he murdered, dismembered, and buried two children?

The automatic appeal is the law when the death penalty is given. He was ordered to pay restitution but was not given any fines - he doesn't have the money to pay either.

Watch it again. He's being held responsible for what he owes back to the insurance companies. Appeals are automatic, but he has to follow through on them. Who knows what he'll do.
