I had watched your videos and had also attempted sample PMP questions from your channel and i had cleared the PMP exam in first attempt yesterday. You are amazing in teaching and provide great clarity on each topic covered. Hats off to you David.

Question 55 needs to change since the PMI Talent Triangle is now: Ways of Working (instead of Technical Project Management), Power Skills (replacing 'Leadership') & Business Acumen instead of 'Strategic & Business Management'. Hope this helps to other students...
Hello David, last one it was very tricky as in another situation I can remember we said that resource smoothing is needed only to activities on CP.. or am I wrong? Thanks a lot!
Good question. If resource smoothing adjusts activities only using float, then I don't think they can be on the critical path (there is no float, or wriggle-room on the critical path). I have a video on both here: ua-cam.com/video/NnYhXHcn2zs/v-deo.html
@@davidmclachlanproject I see, thanks really a lot, I probably somewhere read another scenario now I can't recall, anyway, I remember that we could use resource smoothing, so having people working over time in case of activities on CP.

Congratulations! That is amazing news. Passing your PMP is a truly great acheivement. Not everybody makes it. But you did - well done!
David you nearly gave me a heart attack with the critical path question 52. I was like surely not 🤣🤣🤣Thank God you realised it was wrong
Me too lol

Congratulations was the test similar to the questions in his videos?

Hi David, I hope you are well. I watched all your videos and I am preparing myself for the exam. Where can I take the test and evaluate myself?
Thanks a lot David.
May i request you to kindly make a video exclusively on Change Request pls.
I have one here - it's a bit old (and I'll do a new one eventually), but the detail is there 🙂

Does PMBOK 6th edition still relevant? Can I skip that totally ?
PMBOK 6 has turned into Process Groups: A Practice Guide. I would still study it, even if because it's just a great PM process 🙂
David, please help me pass the exam
Great stuff
Thank you.
muito obrigado david.
looking for pmi-acp questions
THANK YOU :)
