The amount of folks that think you can "wash off" bacteria is sad. Yes, I wash my meats but it's not to remove bacteria. Only heat can do that. We wash to remove blood etc that we don't wish to consume.

Ngl I used to use hella seasoning, because I saw everyone else do it. Caught covid, everything I was eating was tasting salty asf. So I was only able to cook with a little salt and pepper. My taste buds got used to it, so I no longer overseason my food. Also herbs and spices really add to the flavor vs just giving salty. But to be fair Jayda used a lot of seasonings but a little of each.

Good Job, Lemon Pepper and Creole seasonings since it's a fave mix them in the oil or softened butter spread on both sides, no holes Salmon will adapt to it's surroundings. Grill it.👍
