You are so right!! I love making gift baskets! This one is super amazing! I use hair ties on diapers. They are easier to take off! I like bows of all sizes. I think the burlap bow is nice!

@@MYDIYKathy I came up with hair ties after wrestling to get rubber bands off to reroll diapers for a diaper cake. I sometimes include a little something for mom or family depending on the receiver so I thought hair ties would be usable(When are we not looking for one,lol), easier to get off & an additional little somethin. You could use the traditional ones or the ribbon style ones in a coordinating color! I still cover the whole thing in a band of ribbon, but like you said about basket filler I try to be mindful to give what can be used. Thanks!!

Love your basket! I like doing baby stuff too like wreaths and motorcycles and trikes and cakes Etc. Etc. Etc. But love your clothesline idea. I may have to try that one out. Working on a planter of diaper flowers(with onsies and booties and bibs and hooded towels(so awesome found towels for sale $1.50 ea.) now tho. I love big bows and thats what i use. Besides them being beautiful the people i gift to (usually family but not always) like that i do them because giant bows say to them and people that see it look how special we are and they love them. Mostly use jute on vases wrapped around bottom half or top half. Each to their own tho.

Hi Kathy, I am new to ur channel! Your videos have given me a lot of joy during this pandemic! I was inspired to make this gift basket for my new baby grandson! You have given me a new appreciation for dollar tree! I could not make the clothes line as I did not have the correct length sticks but I adapted the basket & it is very cute!
