Sure Faith doesn't love Tom as much as much as she loves Pat - but then Faith doesn't love Pat as much as she loves Frank. She tells Frank she never cared about anyone as much as she cares about him.
I really wanted a girl so I could name her Maeve. I’ve loved that name forever. Instead I have a wonderful son named James Farrell after his great grandfather! We are indeed Irish
Faith definitely does not love Tom as much as Pat, if you'll recall the katherine hicks episodes where she was engaged to Pat, she used to happily plan on having children with him, and would spend a lot of time blissfully talking about it. she doesn't even smile about this baby with Tom, but who can blame her. but i do agree with not aborting the baby. it's not the baby's fault he's done nothing to hurt anyone and is innocent.
If Frank went home to be with Edmund (which should have been what he did as soon as Jill said he was getting worse) it may interrupt the campaign, but I'd think it would give potential voters a good impression; a guy who really cares, rather than the usual full-of-crap politician.

Right, Tom , have Maeve make all that food. She has nothing else to do!
Seriously! He got off easy.
Tom, stop trying to run Faith's life.

Pat already told you, why he didn't marry Faith. Why isn't that good enough for her?
For Pete sake, it's a viral infection, I don't think I can stand it!! These are doctors??!!
lol. But this was the 70s so
Rae is so sneaky. She’s a great actress though.
There is a definite connection between Pat and Nancy Feldman. By far.
Is this the first Nancy? I remember Nana Visitor whom I always confuse with Didi Conn from Grease
Sydney Lumet, lol. Get it?
