when I was a child, everytime we buy gifts, I always look forward to watch the wrapper do his/her thing. The hand movement, the tape, and cutting the wrapper with the scissors is so satisfying.
Now I'm the one wrapping gifts.

It's funny because I was having an Alan Rickman moment without realizing it. "Wtf is that? Kitty litter? It's lavender?! Wth else goes in this? How big is that bag? How many bags are you going to use?" And then I saw the inspiration behind this. Fantabulous!
I was thinking it might be cat litter then my mum said it was dried lavender they use in potpourri lol 🤣
@@kimberlycox2602 I watch on a tiny screen on my phone. But once I realized it looked like the lavender buds I use for cooking scones I was like, boy that makes WAY more sense. I also thought it was tiny lava rocks for a hot second.

Atlas asmr did the same idea and released a video around the same time, i love the different approaches they each went for, Atlas meticulously re-creating the aspects of the scene, adding a bit and Fred’s approach of screw it, ima wrap it 100 times (insert Kyle Ren screaming more here)

Out of all the legends that have come and gone about gift wrapping; there is none that can compare to the Legend of the Gift Wrapper.
Some say that the gift wrapper was passing by the butcher’s shop one day and saw the butcher wrap a piece of meat through the window of the shop; others say that the gift wrapper was born wrapped in gift wrap; and others say it was because he was left in a gift wrap factory for week and he became obsessed with gift wrapping soon after.
Whatever the origins of the gift wrapper may be, it does not matter (unless you care for that sort of thing); all that anyone knows is that if you happen upon the gift wrapper’s shop and you are asked, “Would you like it gift wrapped?” Well, you may as well bring something to do while you wait.
After all I’m still here telling the legend; while I wait for my gift to be gift wrapped.

I legit waited for twenty minutes the other day while a lady was giftwrapping a novelty mug that I bought for my dad. Normally I’m very patient but there was a line forming behind me and people were upset
