- While mixing & recording we can use contrasts to create excitement: Loud vs. quiet, left vs. right and near vs. far. In this video, I demonstrate how you can easily achieve subtle, but powerful effects on an actual mix.

Yes, I know them and use both occasionally. I still use Reaper, but Studio One additionally.
