- This one goes out to everyone chilling at home on this Friday night... like me. 11PM Records is on fire this year, here's an EP from this newer band that's been on the rise. Tallahassee's Armor plays straight forward d-beat hardcore punk that's sure to make you wanna slam. Really love the singing.. blast this! After playing a few times around the midwest, tonight the band begins a proper east coast tour with label mates Protocol. If they pass through you know what to do. I'd say pick this up on the tour but I don't think they'll have em, you can pre-order it down below tho

not really sure about that one man i know this band played Uncle Lou's before, i don't think Orlando has an ig/fb page for gigs tho but i've seen flyers with that place and a venue called Stardust Coffee on em
Steven Sedillo There are usually a lot of shows that happen at the Sound Bar in Orlando. But in terms of finding punk shows in central Florida in general I would try using Stub Hub. It’s a ticket site where you can look up events and stuff happening near you.
Just some Stuff I wouldn’t use stubhub for punk shows lol in Orlando keep up w the events at Uncle Lou’s, the local band The Nightmare is always booking raw ass punk gigs there

I'd say this sound is pretty typical of southern hardcore bands of the last fifteen years or so
Look up the Ropes/Repos. Sounds like them. I don't get the dbeat thing. Minimal, but this has more of an old school USHC vibe.

Just saw these dudes live. So fucking amazing.
Been listening to punk and hardcore since I was 12 or 13. Even put out a couple 7"s on a small label. I'm 35 now. It's weird to me people saying this d-beat. To me it just sounds like viscous hardcore punk. I can obviously se influences in the music but at the end of the day its hardcore punk.
For anyone interested I can hear a lot of bands in this 7". To name a few: youth korps, rupture, discharge aswell as some early 80s Japanese and Finnish hardcore worship.
And it sounds sick I love it. Glad younger people are still playing and listening to this music.
And when you're 70, hc and punk will still be a wild and immortal beast

If you're into Totalitär, you should check bands like Sunshine Ward, Larma, Exploatör, Herätys and Deletär, all of them are 100% Totalitär worship!
Also, there is a band called Impalers, they released a full length 2 years go, which totally reminds me of Armor, if you wanna take a look it is called Cellar Dweller
