Hi Corey. What do you think about exodus 7? God tells Moses I will make you like God to pharaoh. Then in verse 17 god tells moses to say “thus says the lord’ by this you shall know that I am the lord…’”I probably didn’t phrase all that well but I hope you know what I mean if you decide to read that chapter. Also, I looked at genesis 32:30. The word used for God is elohim. But elohim doesn’t always mean God as in Yahweh right? The judges are called elohim as well. I’ve taken it to mean someone powerful. Lastly, the first chapter of hebrews? It talks about how Jesus is superior to the angels “For to which of the angels did God ever say ‘ You are my son, today I have begotten you’” Hope my first two paragraphs make sense.
I brought up that genesis verse because based on the exodus verse and the judges, people who speak for god or act for god are called Elohim. They are representatives for god and they get called god, even though they are not actually god.
You are correct. There are angels, they are servants of the Lord. I explain it in my comment. Corey is wrong about this. “Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: Who maketh the clouds his chariot: Who walketh upon the wings of the wind: Who maketh his angels spirits; His ministers a flaming fire:” Psalm 104:3-4 KJV “And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, And his ministers a flame of fire.” Hebrews 1:7 KJV

I would say read the first chapter of hebrews in the new testament. That chapter is all about denying that Jesus was an angel. Things like “for to which of the angels did god ever say “you are my son…” and it goes on in that chapter. That’s why I’m saying Jesus isn’t the angel of the lord. @@mikemoultrie1512

It may sound good but it is not correct biblical teaching which is why people need to study themselves and allow the Holy Spirit to lead. The devil tempted Jesus by telling him to throw himself down because the angels would save him and it was scripture that is why replied the way He did. “And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee: And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.” John 14:6-7 KJV
The Lord is God and He sends angels as His messengers, the angel of the Lord is not Jesus because Jesus is the Lord. “Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: Who maketh the clouds his chariot: Who walketh upon the wings of the wind: Who maketh his angels spirits; His ministers a flaming fire:” Psalm 104:3-4 KJV “And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, And his ministers a flame of fire.” Hebrews 1:7 KJV “but God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; and base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: that no flesh should glory in his presence. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: that, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 1:27-31 KJV
I don't think a person is inaccurate to discern there is an implication to be made about the nature of the Angel of Lord but the scriptures don't actually say it is Jesus. There is probably more to it than we realize.
@@chrisoreva1416 Please read what I posted. I did not deny that it may have been Jesus. I simply said... the scriptures do not declare it. If the scriptures declared it you would use that declaration and not talk about evidence.
Corey brother. Its yihyeh hover hayah exodus 3:14 what he said not "i am what i am" as the English wrongly translates. (Yihyeh asher Yihyeh) It means He who was He who is He who will be. The tetragrammaton is an acronym of this. But its not His name its more of a title still. Verse 15 gives the annunciation of the tetragrammaton in the word "forever" or le'olam these are the vowels for yod hei vav hei (sheva, cholam, kamatz) It is pronounced yehov_ah. He who will be He who is and He who was. Only english\german scholars and arabic mixed jews use a "w" for the letter vav no real jew or hebrew pronounces vav as waw. Its just wrong brother. Its ok as long as your heart is pure but would you really want your friend calling you by the wrong name? That dont seem very loving to me. You are definitely wise but following of bandwagon ideas to sone extent. Revelation shows His name will be that which noone has heard before........ so His actual name is something else...... angel messenger sent one is pronounced malawk not melek which is king same letters except the prior has an aleph. Gods letter..... God bless brother. I dont disagree with you much but there are times. 🙏 💜 🕊️
You and Corey Minor don't understand Scriptures on who God The Father is compared to Who Jesus CHRIST the Son is. You both are wrong! Jesus is not God (the Father) in the flesh. Jesus CHRIST is the SON OF God in the flesh. Give me Scriptures for your statement and I'll show you Scriptures for mine. God bless

@@bernardshand3697 Nah bruh, YOU wrong. God isn't flesh. God is a Spirit and those who worship Him does so in the Spirit. Remember this: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.
Scripture does not contradict Scripture! Hebrews 1: 1 & 2 - On many past occasions and in many different ways, God spoke to our fathers through the prophets ( OLD TESTAMENTS ). BUT IN THESE LAST DAYS He has spoken to us by His Son, a whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the universe. CHRIST WAS NOT THE ANGEL OF THE LORD ( YAHUWAH ) IN THE OLD COVENANT ALTHOUGH THE OLD TESTAMENT PROPHESIED ABOUT HIM, WE ARE READING OUR PRESUMPTIONS INTO THE SCRIPTURES! Matthew 1:20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the ANGEL OF THE Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. So, was Christ a double agent in this verse? Was he playing both the role of an Angel and the baby conceived in Mary at the same time?
Corey believes Jesus CHRIST is God Almighty the Father, which he's INCORRECT. So he's wrong again dat the angel of the LORD is God Almighty. The angel of the LORD is just dat...an angel/ spirit/messenger. Corey is incorrect His Hebrew and Greek knowledge isn't helping him right now.
I agree with your point I firmly believe the angel of the lord is a very powerful high ranking angel and there is no way God can be an angel and he created them
Pls, let's not confuse people about the scriptures. Matt 1:20 clearly says ''an angel of the Lord" not "The Angel of the Lord". They are different. Anytime the scriptures talks about that special Angel that appeared to hagar, Manoa, Gideon, Joshua, the same Angel that led the isrealites out of Egypt, it uses "The" not "an". The Angel of the Lord is different from an angel of the Lord! Try to understand the context and differences..
- Being ignorant these days is a pretty hard excuse to use in this world of instant information (excluding people who don't have this luxury). You would have to be completely deaf and blind not to see people calling you out on false doctrine. Pastors playing the ignorance card and leading their followers to a potential false Gospel, is straight up rebellion. Would their followers also be guilty of being rebellious? or because they love God in their heart, they have a pass for being ignorant of the scriptures? It reminds me of The Book of Judges, when the Israelites started mixing God with false idols. But in our case, mixing God with clearly seen, understood, interpreted and called out, truly false doctrines. Dose ignorance equal bliss? or doctrines of demons. - 2 Corinthians 11:1-6 - Paul and the False Apostles - I wish you would bear with me in a little foolishness. Do bear with me! For I feel a divine jealousy for you, since I betrothed you to one husband, to present you as a pure virgin to Christ. But I am afraid that as the serpent deceived Eve by his cunning, your thoughts will be led astray from a sincere and pure devotion to Christ. For if someone comes and proclaims another Jesus than the one we proclaimed, or if you receive a different spirit from the one you received, or if you accept a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it readily enough. Indeed, I consider that I am not in the least inferior to these super-apostles. Even if I am unskilled in speaking, I am not so in knowledge; indeed, in every way we have made this plain to you in all things.
Angels or Messengers are like cell phones, wen u talk to ur mom on the cell phone u not talking to the cell phone, u talking to ur mom, You're not talking to the angel you're talking to God. The angel is an instrument or a device that is being used for communication with god , So when it appears that the people in bible might be calling certain angels God, that's not so, there gods cell phones for communication
Only the Angel of the Lord was called God by those he appeared to. No other Angel in the Bible was mistakenly referred to as God. Let's be clear on that. There's no confusion there..
Corey and so many wrong on their view of osas and the way they explain it has a hint (aroma) of thec Tulip of calvanism. In that an individual has no choice in their salvation. However Corey may be right in his view on this matter because as it is written no one come to the Father without Jesus. So people in the old testament did know of Jesus and believe in him but but did not know the name Jesus. There are many angels in the bible all are not Jesus. However there are times that Jesus comes to people in a visual form such as Moses because God the Father no one can see and continue to live. Let this topic not become like so many others which is deviding the body of Christ. No matter what view you take let our own personal boasting and pride influence the reality Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior and is God.
You are wrong. There are many angels. Jesus said this: “Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, BUT ARE AS THE ANGELS OF GOD IN HEAVEN. But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.” Matthew 22:29-32 KJV Jesus is the Lord God Almighty, Sabaoth the hosts of heaven (in the biblical title “Lord (God) of Sabaoth”) meaning He is the Lord God of the spirits of the prophets who are the angels. There are angels of the Lord whom He sends to give us messages. Notice in this scripture what the Lord says through Jeremiah… “Howbeit I sent unto you all my servants the prophets, rising early and sending them, saying, Oh, do not this abominable thing that I hate. But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear to turn from their wickedness, to burn no incense unto other gods.” Jeremiah 44:4-5 KJV “And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.” 1 Corinthians 14:32 KJV You are disconnected from the Holy Spirit so you cannot see.
You're confusing the identity of Jesus and the Father. Pls take time to read and understand the scriptures. No where was Jesus called Almighty God in the Bible. No where was Jesus called the God of Gods in the Bible. Jesus was called Mighty God, King of kings, Lord of Lord's, Prince of princes. The Father on the other hand is referred to as Almighty God, God of Gods! They are all in the scriptures, don't get confused..
@@chrisoreva1416 wrong! Wrong! wrong! It is you who err in not knowing the Word of Jesus, who is the Lord and the King of the Jews! A modern day pharisee and sad u cee you are! At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.” John 14:9-21 KJV So I am not confusing anything! You are extremely behind, catch up before your time is up!
Corey i agree wit you dat youre possibly wrong. Cuz youre WRONG. The Angel of the LORD is exactly dat...an angel or a spirit or messenger. God the Almighty is NOT an angel or a messenger. So one might think the angel is speaking for himself, but no, they come in the "name of the LORD"
No you’re wrong that same angel of the lord accepted sacrifice in judges 13 and EVERYBODY who encountered him say that that have SEEN God and didn’t die they knew who he was
@johnathanelbert6880 No you ARE wrong. I have to disagree with you. How many times does dat chapter says The Angel of the LORD?? Look at verse 16...and see the difference 16. For Manoah knew not that he was AN ANGEL OF THE LORD. [JUDGES 13:16 KJV] See, it says the ANGEL OF...don't miss dat... "ANGEL OF" the LORD. @@chrisoreva1416 I worked for a Jewish synagogue and museum for many years and never heard the Rabbi say anything like we that. FYI Jesus is not his name. There was no letter J in the English alphabet until 1524 AD. Jesus is a Latin name, not a Hebrew name. The birth name is Yeshua, which means Savior in Hebrew whom you call Jesus. The Old Testament was written in Hebrew which use a different method of teaching. If President Biden wanted to send me a message he won't come himself. Biden would send an agent and give me the message. I could then say I got a message from President Biden, but received it from the agent. An angel is a messenger in Hebrew scriptures.
Sometimes your teachings baffles me. GOD ID GOD the angel of the LORD is an angel/messenger. The LORD IS GOD PLEASE do not stray GOD'S sheep. Im not with you on this.
@smartchristians I'll try to explain it briefly here. I hope you understand. Exodus:3 It was an angel that appeared by fire in the bush, but after GOD saw Moses turning to the side; HE called to him. So the one who spoke to Moses was YAHWEH. Focus on that chapter. Gen:16 The one who spoke to Hager was an angel. " she called the angel who spoke with her Lord." Then she asked, have I also here sees Him who sees me? Hager called the angel Lord
@@catpes9670 So Bro Corey, Corey, Corey. It WAS an angel, Not God The FATHER. The angel spoke on God's behalf or spoke FOR God. "Lord" is also a title given to an angel... Angel = spirit/messenger/lord... Remember the verse dat says God's NAME is in [him] dat angel?? You quoted it tonight. Dat means God's authority, permission, mission, purpose, words, message is in dat messenger angel. He speaks in God's Name so he [ angel ] sounds like it's God talking. So the angel of the LORD is NOT the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY but simply an angel messenger OF GOD. God bless sir.

Exodus 23:20-30 KJV (referenced text)
Jesus fulfilled the scripture above which is why He says:
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.”
John 14:6-7 KJV
The Lord is God and He sends angels as His messengers, the angel of the Lord is not Jesus because Jesus is the Lord.
“Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: Who maketh the clouds his chariot: Who walketh upon the wings of the wind: Who maketh his angels spirits; His ministers a flaming fire:”
Psalm 104:3-4 KJV
“And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, And his ministers a flame of fire.”
Hebrews 1:7 KJV
“but God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; and base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: that no flesh should glory in his presence. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: that, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.”
1 Corinthians 1:27-31 KJV
The Angel of the Lord is Jesus and there are a dozen evidence in the Bible to prove that!
Are you sure the angel of the LORD is not Jesus the Christ? Prove your case.
@chrisoreva1416 Can you prove dat? I'm assuming you're gonna use Scripture evidence. Tanks. Please.
I don't think a person is inaccurate to discern there is an implication to be made about the nature of the Angel of Lord but the scriptures don't actually say it is Jesus. There is probably more to it than we realize.
There are more than a dozen evidence in the Bible that proves that the Angel of the Lord is Jesus..
@@chrisoreva1416 Please read what I posted. I did not deny that it may have been Jesus. I simply said... the scriptures do not declare it. If the scriptures declared it you would use that declaration and not talk about evidence.
You ain't ready for that answer bruh
Corey brother. Its yihyeh hover hayah exodus 3:14 what he said not "i am what i am" as the English wrongly translates. (Yihyeh asher Yihyeh)
It means He who was He who is He who will be.
The tetragrammaton is an acronym of this. But its not His name its more of a title still.
Verse 15 gives the annunciation of the tetragrammaton in the word "forever" or le'olam these are the vowels for yod hei vav hei (sheva, cholam, kamatz)
It is pronounced yehov_ah.
If a person denies Jesus is God in the flesh then they are not saved. The Holy Spirit does not lead people to that conclusion.
God bless
@@bernardshand3697 Do you know what the Trinity is? Jesus Christ is part of the Godhead.

Matthew 1:20
But while he thought on these things, behold, the ANGEL OF THE Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
Corey is incorrect
His Hebrew and Greek knowledge isn't helping him right now.
Nope. It was an angel
@@chrisoreva1416 This is a joke right? "An" vs "The".. Really? Trinitarians will go to any length to substantiate their unscriptural dogma.
- 2 Corinthians 11:1-6 - Paul and the False Apostles
- I wish you would bear with me in a little foolishness.

Angels or Messengers are like cell phones, wen u talk to ur mom on the cell phone u not talking to the cell phone, u talking to ur mom,
You're not talking to the angel you're talking to God. The angel is an instrument or a device that is being used for communication with god ,
So when it appears that the people in bible might be calling certain angels God, that's not so, there gods cell phones for communication
Jesus said this:
“Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.”
Matthew 22:29-32 KJV
Jesus is the Lord God Almighty, Sabaoth the hosts of heaven (in the biblical title “Lord (God) of Sabaoth”) meaning He is the Lord God of the spirits of the prophets who are the angels. There are angels of the Lord whom He sends to give us messages.
Notice in this scripture what the Lord says through Jeremiah…
“Howbeit I sent unto you all my servants the prophets, rising early and sending them, saying, Oh, do not this abominable thing that I hate. But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear to turn from their wickedness, to burn no incense unto other gods.”
Jeremiah 44:4-5 KJV
“And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.”
1 Corinthians 14:32 KJV
You are disconnected from the Holy Spirit so you cannot see.
Jesus said, “Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.”
John 14:9-21 KJV
So I am not confusing anything! You are separated and spiritually the walking dead trying to tell the sent ones what God said. Please, go and study the Word of God with the Holy Ghost. You are extremely behind, catch up before your time is up!
Corey i agree wit you dat youre possibly wrong. Cuz youre WRONG. The Angel of the LORD is exactly dat...an angel or a spirit or messenger. God the Almighty is NOT an angel or a messenger.
God the Father SEND Angels/spirits/ messengers. They're called ministering spirits. They talk for God or on His behalf.
Look at verse 16...and see the difference
16. And the ANGEL OF THE LORD said unto Manoah, Though thou detain me, I will not eat of thy bread: and if thou wilt offer a burnt offering, thou must offer it UNTO THE LORD. For Manoah knew not that he was AN ANGEL OF THE LORD.
[JUDGES 13:16 KJV]
See, it says the ANGEL OF...don't miss dat... "ANGEL OF" the LORD. And he referred TO THE LORD [God The Almighty] making himself DISTINCT from The Father.

According to Exodus who then is in the midst of the bush? Who did Hagar and Moses call the angel of the Lord?
Angel = spirit/messenger/lord...
