@@RomanFamilyEmpire Yes it can, if you work your ass off, definitely!

Love the great advice!
👊💥
Wanting to start a family business albeit late in life, I'm entering the Junk Removal business after 20+ years in the IT Corporate world. It's encouraging to see such a warm and giving community - I definitely joined a great group of people. I hope to contribute to this community as I become more experienced. Thank you, Matt, JoJo and Andrew for sharing such a wealth of insightful information to help newbs like me.
Your welcome
Awesome! I remember watching his videos about his software companies. Wow that dude is a Jedi ! Very inspiring!
Is this a podcast series? If not it should be. Love you guys man!
Awesome!
Pretty impressive … Jedi doing big things
I appreciate it!
@@andrewjedi hey man … quick question … when you first started … did your website show your first truck or did you just not show it or perhaps photoshopped your logo onto a normal looking truck. Just wondering how it will impact my business if I don’t have a typical Fuso … I only have a 4Runner and dump trailer and I don’t want to try and deceive my customers at all by pretending to be something I’m not. Just curious how you handled that when first starting. Thanks man
@@TrollHunterxXx My first beat up truck is still on the homepage, I photoshopped the graffiti off haha. So that big yellow box truck was my first rental. I guess I got lucky in that sense, but it did have graffiti and looked super beat up.
@@TrollHunterxXx If you have a nice trailer with decals, just get some good angles and show just that without the 4Runner attached.
@@andrewjedi Thanks 🙏 appreciate the quick reply.
Video on why you went from an LLC to s corp? Also when purchasing another izuzu dump truck is that a commercial loan? Would be good to see a video on that truck purchase experience! Thanks this video was great!
We will do videos on this
@@SonomaStrong awesome looking forward to them!
Why do you use cover and not the workiz system?
We were using clover before Workiz and didn’t want to switch our system over. We love Workiz though and use their many other features
Start a podcast 🎉
They def should!
Good idea!
👏💰💰
Looks like competition?
Not for us he lives too far away, he is in southern cal we are northern cal
in minute 54.00 what does that mean. quick geese
It’s click geek that’s a company that helps with google ads
Isn’t clover the same as card pointe?
I’ve never heard of card pointe so I’m not sure
@@SonomaStrong yeah, they are the same…. They were taking money left and right from our account. Not to trust.
He has 0 reviews on Yelp
15 reviews on Yelp on my thousand oaks location, but I have 2 locations in Cali on google maps with a total of over 300 reviews in 1 year. I only send customers review link for google maps.
The yelp location you're checking is our newest LA location, and we do zero yelp advertising, and we only send customers google map review link.
@@andrewjedi got it! Still find it incredible that in a market so saturated, you can generate $20,000 weekly with 1 beat up box truck and a dump truck.
@@andrewjedi especially if you ain’t advertising on yelp. Just doing 6 truck loads at an average price of $500 per day 6 days a week 52 weeks in a year, you’d be barely hitting 1 million. How are you doing it??? 👏 💯
@@David-er6ph Check my channel, I talk about it. Strictly google ads. I spend 30k/mo to pull in 120-150k/mo
That's awesome but it doesn't work out this way for most. How the hell do you get so many leads to have 1 truck and trailer making 70k a month? Thats insane
Google ads. Big market.
an average of 50-60k per month, peak months doing 70k. yes it's insane i agree. it's because there is a lot of people in my areas + i run 7 days a week 6am-8pm.
@@andrewjedi Do you only advertise on Google. Can you explain your advertising strategies a little bit?
@sonoma strong i understand that you guys are very smart , hard working and positive couple BUT lets be honest i have being in the junk removal and dumpster rental business for 3 years i have 3 trucks and with all due respect this young guy is barely making money if is making some his expenses are close to 100k a month and he is grossing a little over 1M a year this young man is barely making something
You’re right, my margins were only 25% because I’ve been spending crazy on ads
And no my expenses are not that high. Ads are about 30k/mo, payroll is 30k/mo, dump and gas about 15k/mo
@@andrewjedi i understand your point but watch the video again and listen to your words ...still best of the lucks and keep growing your business...
@@okalejandro2515 sounds good sir
@@okalejandro2515 I break down my 150k/month income on my channel if you're interested, so you can see the actual profits. I am launching a 3rd truck, and increase my ad spend even further.
Don’t want to sound as a hater but does this guy understands that using the word Jedi is a big nono
And also you’re right again, but only if I profit off Star Wars . Long as I drop all references to Star Wars. I’m fine.
@@andrewjedi No brother doesnt work like that ... i know for a fact since thats what my wife does for living ... think about chaing that name and logo asap before they find out
@@okalejandro2515 Not from the attorney I spoke with, but hey if you're right, you're right. My sons name is JEDI. The company is named after him, and has nothing to do with star wars:)
@@andrewjedi show your lawyer the logo and the font you are using just and advice
@@okalejandro2515 font is completely different, and yes I intend on removing the lightsaber/outfit if I decide to grow bigger than 2 trucks.
Once he said he hired a call center in the Philippines I clicked off!
They are doing incredible, no to little accent, grateful, hard working. As long as you hire smart, you can find quality people out there.
I just started our jock removal business and I need some tips we signed up for thumbtack and with out them we won't get as much customers but we are also paying a lot for there service what are to tips to get more clients?
Great questions, do you have a website? We suggest you never pay for leads…..this video may help you ua-cam.com/video/4OTNVp_Mmhs/v-deo.html
