Atta boy halty!!! Love the little stealth jon. That gamagatsu belly weight hook paired with a zoom super fluke in chartreuse or white is probably the most versatile combo in existence; from rock to specs and river bass it will catch them all. I don't like it with swimbaits tho, the whole magic of that hook/fluke combo is the wiggle as it sinks slacklined.
Just starting to view your channel in last couple of weeks and enjoying it. I live on the coast in Beaufort, SC and struggle finding trout in really cold water. I would appreciate it if you would mention the water temps you’re fishing in. I did just hear you mention depth and that is appreciated. Very high quality productions, look forward to many more!
Nice. Appreciate the effort. I understand your worry about snagging. It probably is shallow running compared to the swimbait. In the cold it helps me to put the bait where its easier for the fish to chase it. Meaning where they are. Usually Deeper. But its almost March. Things are about to change. Looking forward to it!
Great video Bro, some quality specks! Always enjoy the way you explain everything, I have been waiting to watch this one since you dropped the video while I was in Myrtle Beach. You should definitely have more subscribers!
Just heard you mention outside air 32, water temp 50. Thank you, please would appreciate that in all along with any depth references if they change appreciably. Thanks again!!
The 3/16 ounce seems to work good for the setting I was in, 3-7ft water slow retrieve. I think they only offer one hook size for that set up. I've also used the 1/4 but it sinks obviously quicker and would be better in 8-12ft
We appreciate the kind words about our favorite product: The Texas Eye jig. Glad its working for you.
It is for sure! I appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment.

Good fishing right there. Swimbaits are always my go to in deep winter I just use halo shads instead of the zman.
I know you do buddy. I could watch you troll those things all day!

Thanks buddy, show those boys down there a new "old" trick! Tight lines!
