The anime George Washington was probably for school. In grade school they made us draw a lot for assignments and projects.
we read some lame 150 page novel in sixth, made us draw the main characters. my friend took like two hours at home to draw them in some delicate anime art style and got a ladybug sticker on her paper as a reward
