can you do a test to see if its rated watt-hour(230) is accurate? most of these are much lower than rated.

It does not make any noise when charging devices. I forgot to mention it but it's very quiet 👍
A battery bank doesn't make any noise at all there is no motor to make noise

120v at 9 amps is 1080 watts, this is rated at 200watts, so not even close to being enough power
