What a great review, thanks for sharing all the info. I really am liking the looks of this radio, especially for fixed wing, that big screen could come in handy with being able to show a lot of telemetry data. CNC gimbal option would be great, I would put some in my T20 as well. Been watching a few of your videos lately, just subscribed 👍

The screen is perfect wings and data, I've used it myself with the widget, highly recommend. JUMPER have confirmed CNC is definitely coming to me a few times now so we are almost there and I agree my son has a T20 - He loved my AG01's so hopefully they'll fit that too. I just bought the T14, it's on the way, to replace my TX16s. I really do hope they come out with some legit CNC gimbals. Almost went with the boxer, but I really like the folding antenna, the ergonomics look great, and being able to switch out the shoulder buttons is what drew me to it. Madtech made a comment on his video saying the same thing as you, sounds like they're working on it, so hopefully soon.

@@squaddingquads No, I bought the T14, the one with the OLED screen. I don't really need a touch screen, so less battery usage was my thinking. Once I'm setup, I don't fiddle with the radio that much. I exclusively fly FPV drones. I just need a few switches with good ergonomics and I'm good. I would assume if they made gimbals for the T15 they would fit the T14, they use the same ones. I'm really looking forward to getting it. I also intend to mod it with 3d prints to make it more ergo for the way I hold a radio. That's one of the biggest reasons why I got it. Looks easy to do, and cheaper. Thanks for the comment. Good video, I have a 1st gen TX16S with an ELRS module. Been thinking about upgrading to the 2nd generation but this looks like a possible option as well
hows the sd card bad? Ive had my tx16s mkii with the stock SD card, 500hrs + flight time. No issues yet. Although, i might get issues after sending this message...
The law of sod says you're about to lose all your models and I bet they ain't backed up 🤣 I've had issues with the included 1gb cards was all I was saying, so having better, in built flash memory is better. If it works for that then great, I just try and look at both angles.

Also as I remember those gimbals in T15 are not RDC90 but just CNC mashined hall gimbals. RDC90s are much more similar to the AG01s

As I know you can easily install AG01 gimbals into the t15, so your gimbal problem is easily solvable

@U.L23 what tx are you running? Most will be 32gb due to being limited to FAT file sizes as opposed to NTFS
