1.BJP'ian Amit Shah's main aim is to harass the citizens & opposition political leaders in one way or the other.
2.So, he intentionally enacted after modifying the three Acts Viz IPC(NBS);Cr.PC(BNSS); IEA(BSA). Amit Shah has intentionally titled the name of the new Acts in Hindi.[ Short form is given in brackets against the existing Acts].
3.These three Acts were enacted during the 17th Lok Sabha, after disqualifying opposition MPs; by citing some reasons or induced them for a walk out of Parliament in order to reduce the quorum.
4,Now, Advocates all over India are protesting against the said three Acts.
5.In the present scenario, BJP can't; enact any Act in the 18th LS of the Parliament as the BJP is not having requisite quorum neither in LS nor in the RS of the Parliament. Though the BJP is reigning the country for the third term with the support of a narrow margin, BJP is now a dummy piece, resulting in frustration over the new aligned party "INDIA".
6.There is no guarantee about completion of BJP's tenure of 18th LS up to 2029. But, Modi boasted that the present opposition "INDIA" would sit in opposition benches after 2029 in the 19th LS also. Modi is unaware about his BJP's instability. Very soon the BJP's regime would come to an end as its basement (of membership)is very weak & any time there would be split among the BJP or alliance party MPs may slant over opposition "INDIA".
7.In today's Parliament session the Head-weight the PM- Modi shouted that the "INDIA" party is a "Parasite" as if his BJP is reining the country sans any support of alliance parties under the banner of NDA.In these circumstances,How could he criticise opponents, when his party itself is a "Parasite".?
8.In the 18th LS of the Parliament, the hands of the BJP'ians have been tied as they wouldn't be in a position to enact any Act as was done in the earlier 17th L.S.
9.Head-weight persons used to roam with a dull mind . Refer to BG-3:27 (Bhagvad Gita). Head Weight persons would ruin on their own through their boasting speeches.BG-16:16 to 18 (and R/w BG-18:58) may be referred to here in this regard.
10.Before pointing out any lacunae on the part of the opposition, first of all, Modi should be aware of his BJP's lacunae. Refer to Mathew-7:3 to 5 in this regard.!!!
