Cartorynchus is actually a super cool concept. I would love smaller creatures like this that could help liven up the lagoon. Think how modern aquariums have schooling fish mixed in tanks to provide movement and scale for the stars of the exhibit.
Maybe we could get like an aquarium for the smaller ones that’d be cool
I also imagine them swimming alongside larger creatures, much like modern marine animals do for example.
@@invisiblejaguar1 Exactly, something small enough that it wouldn't be worth the time for the larger macro predator marine reptiles to go after. It could create a cool dynamic where creatures like the plesiosaurs and icthyosaurs would eat these tiny water creatures, but the pliosaurs and mosasaurs would not.
Thanks so much! I'm glad you like it! I'll try work on a metallic version if I can, but it's so cool seeing them in a mod showcase! For the mosasaurus I made it floating so that it can be paired with the poles decor to make it look as if it was being supported. And Happy Halloween!

That is a gross understatement LOL. Also Website Baryonyx Skin is Mangrove (The yellow Icon) and Blank patterning! I made the colors match up with their icons.

I would imagine that is Shantungosaurus was introduced in the series, it would be somewhat aggressive due to it being so big and probably ramming into large or mid sized carnivores with its head, backed up with its sheer bulk
Statue pack, you could place them by tour gates, or have them in little gardens
A lot of the time these mods, the people who make the mods are to be congratulated.
Hope in jurassic world evolution 2 in 2023 we get another Hadrosaur since we been getting skim

I love the statues. I don't really go for Palo dinos but the spino (I love the jp3 spino) but having Palo spino as a new species is pretty cool. I never really cared for jwe/ paleo giga it's a bit boring in my opinion now I just use the dominion giga. That lil fishy is so cute.

This is the first time me trying mods, unfortunately the new species it didn’t work for me cuz whenever I tried to release them or view them the game would crash.
But it’s ok because I really like the game how it is anyways so not much of a bummer!
Did you put in the right folder? You have to put the folder with the actual mod contents from the zip (don't extract) into the ovldata of the game.
@@scaryface7 I don’t know exactly what you mean but I just dragged and dropped the mod folder into ovldata and that’s it.
I also did put the folder that allows mods to work for cobra but I’m not sure if that’s what I was suppose to do with it.
@@Paleo_Ant Did you just put the zip into the folder or did you put the folder inside of that containing the files such as main.ovl, init.ovl, etc?
@@scaryface7 I think I just put the folder inside ovldata after win64, I don’t really know what main.ovl or init.ovl is or the zip (yea ik I’m pretty dumb)
@@Paleo_Ant When you downloaded the mod, did you put the downloaded folder straight into ovldata? Or did you put the folder inside that into ovldata?
I wish I could add these mods on PS4.
Come on frontier, just take a look at Farming Simulator where mod creators can upload mods that gets tested by the devs and if it passes it gets added to a mods section in the menu screen where you can download them.
This is more of an issue for Universal than Frontier.
The Shantungosaurus has iguanodon sounds. Which makes sense as it seems to be rigged over the iguanodon
The pterosaur one actually looked like the walking with dinosaurs tapajara.

Okay the statues are pretty cool. If nothing else, you can build a Gorgon's garden where Medusa has just been turning dinosaurs to stone for millennia.
Quetzalcoatlus doesn't have a chance to have a mod. I'm talking Quentin Forger, Anya's brother from the anime Spy X Family spin-off The Adventures Of Anya And Quentin. Also, isn't that kind of small for a baby Mosasaurus. In CC season 5, the babies were a size of a whale calf.
