I honestly feel quite bad for the sous chef. She was about to get married,not to mention the fact that the only person to help her was the guy in the back of the kitchen,and you can literally see no one helps her as he yells “somebody help me” which is honestly really sad if you think about how we did see there were people in there alongside her and the guy who helps her in the back.
I'd also like to point out that Phineas & Ferb first aired around the same year Top Chef did. Let's just say that I can imagine it being pretty jarring to seeing the boys budling the rollercoaster and then THIS comes on during break, instantly killing the mood of the first episode.
I’m pretty sure it first aired in July 2007. (Don’t ask me why I know this it’s my biggest hyperfixation atm)
#25 is definitely worst psa villains territory. Guy has both a slappable face and laugh, especially given that he ruined a kids life.

I find the end of Pileup unintentionally funny. Prolly because the delivery of the "ALERTE!!!" at the end

Since it looks like the commentary is finally taken care of, I’ll resubmit my comment that “Boys Don’t Cry” should’ve been on this list.
Canadian here. Kinda surprised that you never added any of the SGI ones to the list. While some of them can be a little goofy, there are some that are legit terrifying. I remember back when I lived in Saskatchewan (a Canadian province), one of those where it showed a lady driving while looking around for something in her purse to be brutally totalled kept on showing up as a UA-cam unskippable ad for around a year. Gave me a good jump scare when it came on at night. Kudos for putting all of the classic ones on here, and "Hooked". God, the "Hooked" one still gives me nightmares.
As a side note, the "Canadian House Hippo" and "Don't You Put in Your Mouth" ones are ironic here, especially amongst Canadian Millennials and even Gen Z like myself. You see people joke about those the most. Who can blame us? The song has way too many innuendos. xD

If my memory serves me right the 3 people in the Graveyard PSA girl in fact was the drunk driver's girlfriend & the one died from the Drunk driving Accident was his little brother & Graveyard was a part of a anti drunk driving PSA series Antonio. 😥😢😨

50: Iconic. Even my mom likes this one, and she's not from Canada nor is she a PSA fan (her knowledge of them comes from me)
49: Not as bad as it could have been (no puking sounds tones it down)
48: There's something weird about a PSA needing to censor itself. Also, quite uncomfortable
47: I never understood why this is considered a horror among non-PSA fans. The teeth on the puppets is off-putting, but the atmosphere is friendly
46: Was not expecting to see a HATADS watermark on a non-UK PSA video. Gets the point across, but in a frustrating way at times
45: This world raises some questions, though
44: Very silly
43: It's so jarring that it can be funny. Still, it should be noted as one of the only campaigns where the abuser can be a woman

40: Rather funny. As I said before, having someone fall while the metal singer screams "fall" is silly

The first ten PSAs weren't scary, but I liked the cut of Antonio's gib in this one. 8/10.
The Ad Council did the crying baby concept in 2003 or 2004, but it was about AIDS, not drunk driving. It used to absolutely freak me out when it came on the radio in the middle of the night.
Number 25 should be on the list for part 2 of Top 10 PSA villains.
Maybe you & your sister should plan a trip to Canada in the future Antonio. 😉🇨🇦
