@@USAFwhitehead it's a good dishwasher, but almost every day I hear a loud pop and the power goes out and the door won't close. Took forever to figure out the issue the first time... Where the latch is to close, it pops inside and you have to get in there with something to pop it back into place (I use a small binder clip) and then it's fine... But it happens ALL THE TIME I'm just waiting for it to break! I've contacted the company twice and have had no replies from customer service

Honestly it's a nice dishwasher if that door latch wasn't messed up, it's extremely quiet, it has a lot of dish features and it cleaned good but the door latch would pop almost every time we used it then we started getting a blue 🔵 code error light that wouldn't go away so we got Lowe's to give us another dishwasher after telling them about that door latch they claim they didn't know about 🤣, I got another whirlpool and it's awesome, no problems, that's what we had before and that whirlpool was 10 years old lol and still working but it stopped draining water completely so I tried to fix it and was like let's just get a new one 🤣✌️❤️
My Midea Torrino does not dry the dishes completely at the end of the cycle. I use Vim tablets. Soft water. Have you faced an issue like this? Any tips to get the dishes fully dry?
I bought this at the end of June from Lowes with the expectation to have it delivered the next week. It finally arrived in the middle of July and it is now 8/27 and today it conked out. I opened the door, heard a small metallic noise, and now the door doesn't stay shut, the power doesn't turn on - nothing. I checked the breaker and it is OK. So I called service and they are closed. Not a happy camper ...
Update , mine stopped working yesterday, all the power is gone it won't come on,so I feel your pain, I think it comes with lifetime warranty now have to call Lowe's or that number in the book il keep you updated. I checked fuse box looks good.
Hello I had problems with my dishwasher the switch kept popping, if you see all the comments on my other videos on how to fix the switch ,these people had the same problem. However they may have fixed the problem because my girlfriend has the same dishwasher and her switch hasn't popped yet. I took my dishwasher back and I got a Kenmore I love it.
Has anyone ever permanently fixed the latch problem? Now mine pops the latch almost every time the door is opened - I keep a spring hook in the drawer so it is handy!
Update ... I made a service call to Midea and to save time etc. they sent me a new redesigned latch. I installed it in about 15 minutes and it seems to work fine. In the past 3 months, the latch has popped only once, and that was really yanking on it to purposely make it fail.
NO!!!! do not buy this dishwasher unless they have fix that door switch that keeps shutting down the dishwasher, I took this back and exchange it for a whirlpool and I love it it has no problems
@@mega8664 yeah the ppl that work at Lowes some don't know about this problem because they don't use it they just sell them, it's funny because I showed them my fix video with all the ppl complaining and they had no idea that it was doing that, but then the guy was showing me more dishwasher and everytime I would say do This dishwasher have any issues ? And one time he said yeah This piece breaks a lot and you have to order a new one, lol and I said well at least you are honest then I got the whirlpool I love it, that Midea is made by a Japanese company Whirlpool is American made, my previous dishwasher was a Whirlpool and it was 10 years old and still working I just wanted something newer, The Midea is real Quiet and has nice features but that door switch pops almost every time you use it plus it has other problems to, to many problems before you buy anything always ask if it has any problems or issues before you buy 👌

Take it back trust me , I've had mine for a few months it's been nothing but trouble since day 1, I went to Lowe's yesterday and they are going to give me a refund I'm going to get a Whirlpool dishwasher and they're going to take this one back and refund me make sure you keep your receipt, I told them how many people have had problems with this dishwasher and told them to watch my fix it video , the ppl that work there claim they didn't know about this problem ☺️ well know they do! As far as lights blinking try cleaning food trap mine is doing that too now that's why I took it back, I actually took my wet vac one time and sucked all the water that was in the dishwasher out and that cured the problem but who wants to do that every time that light blinks

@@misteegraham4172 I know but the Madea is made in China I think it's not American take it back and get you an American made dishwasher I'm getting a Whirlpool that's what I had before the Madea and that Whirlpool was 10 years old it was still working it just stopped draining water completely out the bottom so I'm getting another whirlpool that's American made GE is American made whirlpools American made get you American made dishwasher if you can, but I know Samsung is a good name brand has been around a long time but I've never seen a Samsung dishwasher, also be careful the fancier things are I hate to say it the more trouble you may have down the road
Unfortunately this has been delivered to my house instead of my Whirlpool dishwasher from Lowe’s and they are bringing the right one later on today so I have to sit at home and wait all day and while I’m sitting here I research this washing machine and there’s been a lot of problems so it’s not a good dishwasher..... Research how the door has problems all the time
I searched that and all I see is my video lol, whoever sells this dishwasher whether it's Lowe's or Best Buy or Walmart should let people know up front that this door will do this A LOT and OFTEN, before you buy it, I don't think they even tell the sales person about this or the Sales People know and not saying anything, either way it's wrong and could end up being a Class Action Law Suit.
Hey Brian, have you had the issue permanently repaired yet? I love this dishwasher other than the stupid latch issue. Mine had to be reset every time we open it now. Midea says parts to fix it won’t be available until mid-late February. Just curious if you’d had any luck with a fix. Thanks for your videos!

I got one a week ago and am in love with this dishwasher. Not sure that the very top shelf is for silverware, I use it for cooking utensils:)

Yes!!! Dishes are so wet when the cycle ends. Hate it.
Mine doesn't dry at all. That is why I'm on youtube today.
Try opening it just a bit when it is finished cleaning, so steam will go out and hot air in it will dry everything :)

I got rid of it , Lowe's reimburse me and I got a Whirlpool, no more door problem it was also starting to have a blue light flashing problem a lot too
