I say bravo to Izra. My man reused everything including the cables and the cable housing. Nice job on welding the cable housing holders too. He spent zero dollars and now has a nice bicycle to run errands on. 👍👍👍
That’s not a restoration that’s painting a bike that deserves a second chance in her original form just my opinion to restore something dedication is needed to bring the originality bright ones more …
This bike was in very good condition and it didn't need all this work. It should have been kept original with just a wash and a good polish and some new tires. I collect vintage bikes and i keep all my bikes original. If i should have repainted a bike i would have done it with a much newer bike than this one.
@@Izrarestoworks1218 I have a few old bikes with rusted chrome parts but i'm going to keep them as they are because i like that they are as original as possible. This bike didn't have any rust at all compared to some of my bikes form the 40's and the 50's
Agree. It's a sad thing to repaint a beautiful vintage bike. I thought this guy was going to clean it up and bring back the luster of the original paint and chrome. What he's done is erase the bike's history. Sad in my opinion...
But noooo, cables and sheaths can be changed, skates can be changed too, it's very dangerous! And painting on chrome will not hold the paint. This bike has potential but I have no words
You dont need to change everytime you restore if still working reused it dont waste money..and painting the rim these bike is not for racing its still hold it ..😉
This is not the restoration but ruining a fistorical Polish Factory Romet bike exported to Canada under the Super Cycle brand. You made a lot of mistakes and destroy a historical thing. Only pro is you have taken it from a scrap
El eje de la rueda trasera parece tener alguna deformidad, el casette oscila un poco. The rear wheel axle seems to have some deformity, the cassette oscillates a bit.
Nice restore well done😊

Paint on the brake surface of the rims... NO..
I don't want to lie.... I don't like the final result, because you paint the original saved paint and the chromed parts...

Totally agree with you. The original paint of this bike is still in good condition in terms of vintage bike.

Wheels, hubs, spokes should stay in original state. Also all frame set. Pity❤
