Bano keeps left over in freezer and mixes it with nxt day new stock.only few people know this.dont ask me how.
As to taste many times chicken is not marinated well as I believe they prepare new chkn if marinated ones are finished just to sell biryani rice.
If marinated taste is good.no taste has not gone down.only issue is chicken gravy has zero taste.
I will suggest visit Suganti hotel in basanti colony near UCO bank.Mr Manoj and his wife prepare homely food and it's very popular among marketing people.
Chicken and mutton if you eat you will think it's prepared at home not hotel.
Do try this before leaving Rourkela
