How much oil did you drain? I have drained maybe 1 litre and get ”Oil level ok” and bar is on max, 5 seconds later i still getting ”please drain of oil” in MMI.
Maybe a bad sensor?

Please check the hood sensor I know it has nothing to do with it but I had the same problem and in fact it was only the hood sensor that needs to be cleaned or replaced
