    Real estate had good days before. But the prices are almost same compared to most developed economies where per capita income is very high. People are diversifying their investments into stocks gold and other investments and not just pouring into only onecategory like before in 80s/90s.. Real estate may see muted growth in next few years to get back to affordable range. It is all about beating the inflation with higher returns but with real estate inflation beats the ROI

    Every BDA layout should have a place of attraction like a statue of person who is named for layout and surrounding garden... Then footfalls will increase in every BDA layout !!!

    Prices what they said is commercial property prices....who will give 10k for BSK 6th phase residential where it is still under developed area without basic amenities...

      These so called value added realtos will manipulate prices by their will to make extra penny on commission... Worth less illiterate realtors

      Firstly,the rates they quote are those of Commercial Properties whereas People are having mostly residential houses &Resdl Sites.Secondly Mr Satish's advise to sell posh properties in Bangalore and buy cheap property 50km away is in my humble opinion,UTTER NONSENSE!

      @@ramakrishna4353 adding to your comment, properties 50km away are all agri lands. we all know how many litigations happen in agri lands. there will be one or the other loophole in papers and the seller can put litigation anytime. unless you have political connections or a rowdi, you cannot think of buying agri lands.

    Good explanation, after all frictional costs like registration etc, i believe year on year capital would appreciate by arpund 8%.
    One can diversify their investment by. Investing into real estate.
    But imagine what would happen to one who buys for own use and not an investment, they get impacted

    Brokers are quoting 80k per square foot when the market rate is around 40k per square foot or less. These brokers appear to be both greedy and unpleasant, contributing to the challenges of living in Bangalore. Furthermore, their lack of apparent education raises questions about their qualifications to produce such videos. They struggle to construct coherent sentences in English. Can you please present the information in a more accurate and educated manner? It's unfortunate that folks take financial advice from uneducated, greedy fools.
