Prices what they said is commercial property prices....who will give 10k for BSK 6th phase residential where it is still under developed area without basic amenities...
Firstly,the rates they quote are those of Commercial Properties whereas People are having mostly residential houses &Resdl Sites.Secondly Mr Satish's advise to sell posh properties in Bangalore and buy cheap property 50km away is in my humble opinion,UTTER NONSENSE!
