I've just bought my philips pml 9008 and I'm shocked how terrible is this new OS. Miserable quantity of applications and no any option to install apk!!!!

I would suggest that you get Android TV stick such as the one from Xiaomi - there you will have those apps.

You just cast it from your phone or other device. That's what I do but might have to return this tv as this is a joke that i can't install other apps.

@@blonduu75 Yes, I bought it also for the LED lights which I ended up turning off as they're kind of annoying after some time.
