I don't disagree with the choices, just the order. Technologies not yet completely developed to everyday usefulness should not rank higher than smartphones and digital streaming.
Wouldn't call the Blockchain one of the 'best' innovations when it's only speculation and scams nowadays. Also the benefit of social media is debatable
One thing I would love to see 3d printers create one day are full size (dream) houses! Where online shopping is concerned, I still prefer to buy stuff (especially groceries, some clothes etc) in person depending on occasion, location and availability.
The technology is happening now. There are 3d printers that use concrete to make walls and such. It's not anything extravagant but the technology is getting there.
@@celticpoet21 Yeah I can't wait until it does more than just a few hundred sq foot houses. I think you could do bigger but you would have to do sections of the home at a time or do off site and move there and you could build houses in like a week if you have a big enough warehouse for it.
Because A) The muskrockets haven't proven themselves to be significantly reusable in practical use yet, so it's to early to call how great they are B) McDonnell Douglas DC-X - (vertical landing rocket from the 90s) C) Space Shuttles (reusable Spacecraft from the 80s) (Agree on social media not deserving the spot though ;) )
Honestly I can't help but feel like Alexa is pointless. I can do all those things by using my voice-to-text feature on my Android phone by just going on Google. I also think the advancement of AI is exaggerated.
Yeah at first I was like "oh yeah I can keep in touch with my family".... then the rest came to me: attention whores, influencers, fake news, cancelling culture, haters, fake profiles, spam posts, ads, oh no no oh no no oh no no no no no
It's better to buy food in person, because online food shopping services have limited goods, a habit of sending the wrong things, do annoying substitutions and are more expensive than doing it yourself in the long run, because you miss out on special offers, bargain bin items and being able to check prices and the quality of your goods. None food online shopping also needs to be regulated, like traditional mail order is, to avoid fraud and enforce quality control.
Smartphones are amazing, but they have made some people dumber. Last night while walking home from shopping, I saw someone on a bicycle, not riding properly, because she was too busy using her phone. She didn't even have a cycle helmet on. 🙄😁

I wish we will see healing any disease beds and seats technology that can make people life longer around 150 or 200 years of age and have warp drive or hyperdrive device that we can travel anywhere just like that I hope it will be possible one day
I have an inherited lymph node condition, from my paternal side, it's something that may still be in that side of my family, so gene editing would be a good thing for any family, with inherited medical problems.
If they're going to create flying cars then they better figure out a system to stop asshole, idiot and incompetent drivers first. Imagine road rage, someone not using the mirrors and signals or some arrogant new driver who thinks he can handle the power of muscle car, imagine all that in the air
Anyone who watches anime and has seen the anime sword art online. This anime is about a virtual reality world, where you can put your conscience into the game, and it feels like real life. I just hope that something like this happens where you can enter the game itself. Kind of like VR but 10000000 better.

I completely agree. The fact that they put smart phones at number 10 and some of the others on this list can be used by smartphones kills me.
That’s exactly my thoughts. Was surprised smart phones was last on the list!
Smart phones should be #1
VR is at its infancy, can’t wait to see how it evolves in the next decade and which industries apply it best.
In its infancy? VR has been in development for decades now.
Never seen a new watch mojo video less than an hour old, until now. I feel both privileged and disturbed
Wow I didn’t realize this until I saw this comment haha
Welcome to the channel!
Gene Editing should be Number 1
We will evolve with it infinitely
the smartphone should really be higher on the list.
1) Taxes for everything

Blockchain technology itself is great however the implementation of NFTs is a total scam, a pyramid scheme at its "finest".
Highly debatable
Very highly debatable. Oh look I can spend all day looking at food made by people I went to highschool with.
The fact that they put smartphones at number 10 and social media at number 3 let’s me know their agenda lol

The Jetsons (a cartoon) had the flying car long before Back to the Future came out.
Plus the way we buy cars ...and real-estate have been improved.

It has caused a huge change that’s for sure. That is what I think they mean by impact. Not necessarily POSITIVE impact mind you.
I want a holodeck
Been wanting one since TNG!
