Sommar'n Vi Väntat På (The Summer We've Been Waiting For), is a Swedish original track, written by Mats Winqvist, who was mostly known for his work with children's music. The label has the correct title, but on the sleeve the song is erroneously called "Sommar'n Man Väntat På".
Laila Westersund was dubbed "The Tornado from Trollhättan" and had a long career as singer, actor, comedian, revue artist, musicals and much more spanning over 5 decades. On this track she delivers a sultry vocal with suggestive lines like "in the summertime when 1+1 very easily becomes 2". She passed away 2011, only 68 years old.
