Hello Yogi, I have checked maharera website with given project registered number by builder. On rera portal, Building details i.e. total apartment detail is different than on-going or actual project. In short, 1RK apartment count is showing 17 but in actual it's only 3 to 4 1RK present in building, and about 1BHK on rera portal it's showing around 15 apartment but in actual there are more than 20 1BHK flats available. Please suggest me, shall i invest in this property??
if a firm"x" is buying a piece of land and is either selling it, or gives it for development to another firm "y" . does the firm 'x' need to register with RERA ? , if so what category does it come under ?

But builder Abhi humko na rent de raha hai na project kab complete karega yeh Kuch bhi bata Nahi raha hai.. To sar ab Hum Kay kar sakte hai pls replay thank u.
RERA is just on paper with full of loopholes. The Developer/ Builder even after RERA registration do all illegal acts with the Buyer......like non compliance of Sancantioned plan, Possession given to Buyer without full OC, Allotment letter / Sale Agreement not complied as per RERA format.......many 1 sided clauses are added
