It was an amazing time in my life, and it will always be in my blood. I haven't been in over a decade, but miss it and my favorite plane and pilot, Lefty Gardner in Race 13, that beautiful P-38 "White" lightning.

FC,
By far the best video yet my brother! Keep em comin'!
Thanks for making and sharing these videos! Bread and butter for any aviation enthusiast 👍
"allowed me to have fun holding onto the stick" LEGEND.
That Sea Fury with a doubled engine is nuts... in a good way!
I live near that airport I love hearing the p51 fly over my house getting ready for the race I also love hearing the f22 fly overhead
I love this channel, I've been watching it for 2 years and it never gets old. The content always goes beyond expectations and I believe this is one of the best aviation channels. Thank you FlightChops!
When you travel 5000 miles because of a FlightChops video to see all those Fury's and mustangs and then end up in a video yourself. Not a bad trip if you ask me.
most fantastic footage i've seen so far ! great job !
Man, I’m really hoping to be able to get up to Reno this year!
What a fantastic video. Absolutely amazing perspective!
God that sea fury is just beautiful
the Brits have an eye for classic lines. if it looks right, it is right. we're very proud of that.
In its day was the fastest piston aircraft in the world. The sea fury is credited with shooting down several Migs during the Korean war. My farther was on the aircraft carrier HMAS Sydney when did tour of Korea have photos of Sydney with Sea Furys and Fireflys on the deck
