How to Download and Install Xilinx ISE Design Suite on Windows 10 & 11 (Step-by-Step Guide)

Steps to Resolve the ISE Auto-Closing Issue on Windows 10:
Note: These instructions assume you have installed ISE on the C drive. If it's installed elsewhere, adjust the file paths accordingly.
1- Go to the following directory:
C:\Xilinx\14.7\ISE_DS\ISE\lib
t64
2- Rename the libPortability.dll file to libPortability.dll.orig
3- Make a copy of libPortabilityNOSH.dll and rename the copy to libPortability.dll
4- Go to the following directory:
C:\Xilinx\14.7\ISE_DS\common\lib
t64
5- Copy libPortabilityNOSH.dll from the folder in step 1 to this folder.
6- Rename the original libPortability.dll in this folder to libPortability.dll.orig
7- Rename the libPortabilityNOSH.dll file in this folder to libPortability.dll

While installing ISE 14.7 it stacks when 83%. Can u help me with this?
@@QwayneAileyAmosco As I mentioned in the video, the regular version of the ISE cannot be installed on Windows 11. You will need to download the special Windows 10 version that runs on a virtual machine to run the ISE on Windows 11. Please watch the whole video carefully for more information.
i followed every step but the xsetup application Gui is not running, the ise design suit logo shows up but nothing happens after that, the installer gui is no showing up, pls help

I actually encountered a similar error once. It turns out I had the regular version of ISE installed on my computer, which was causing a conflict. I uninstalled the regular version and then installed the virtual machine version, and it worked perfectly.
