Hi mate, looking good, you probably know this but you need to wire 2 separate bus on the nce system, 1 for the main and 1 for the programming track fed from a DPDT switch, HTH, Scott.
Hi Scott. Thank you very much. Yes, I've got bus wires underneath the layout ready to connect. I've ordered the DCC Concepts Aegis system which controls the separate mainline/programming track as part of it meaning you don't need a switch. At the moment all I have is a programming track, only just started my layout track.
I've had one for quite a few years. My On30 is DCC. I like it's modular nature, I got a hand held controller with a knob and a 5A booster and it all just plugs together. It's quite capable and very reliable. There is also an interface which is quite cheap to connect it to free software to save and alter settings very easily. On30? The K28 is 18 inches long and weighs just over a kg all works fine on the NCE: ua-cam.com/video/5zZbpDjTsSc/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared ua-cam.com/video/_vLHimGbgjw/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
Great video, and welcome to the world of DCC. Cheers Ghosty
Thank you very much. The DCC world certainly is the one to be in.
Hi Darren good choice going straight into dcc I'm certainly glad that I did. Happy New year and happy modelling cheers Andy
Hi Andy, and Happy New Year to you too. Yes, DCC was definitely the right decision, right choice for sure.
looking good Darren
Thanks Mark. Hopefully will make a good bit of progress before the weather gets better and we get busy in the Spring.

GETTING A BIT TECHNICAL NOW. lol, that puts me out of it I'm afraid. I''ll still watch your progress.
Very different from when I last ran N Gauge Keith! Never too old to learn though, and that's just what I'm doing :-)
