Your hair looks curlier even though it’s longer! The curls are tighter than your older videos. That must be because your hair is healthy!
I have naturally curly hair and mine gets curlier as it gets longer. My curls from at the ends of my hair more than at the roots. everyone's hair is different. When I had a pixi cut, my hair just looked wavy 🤷♀️ Maybe her's is the same
Jennifer Lawson I think this is the reason because it’s the same with my hair. When it’s short, it’s less curly but when it starts to grow and get longer, my curls get tighter
Jennifer Lawson Generally length weighs down curls. I actually keep pretty tight curls even when my hair is pretty long, but it definitely was more coily when I cut off a lot of it. I’m still 3b when my hair is long though. I have friends who won’t let their hair go too long because they don’t like how they lose a lot of their curl. I’ve seen a lot of women who do these videos and start off wavy or 3A and as they continue to care for their hair they’re definitely no longer just wavy or loose curls.

It’s amazing how much curl can come from that wet, straight hair. I can only dream - it’s gorgeous! My only caution with biotin - it can really skew thyroid test results. So if that’s a concern for anyone, beware. It happened to me. Oh, and Olaplex is AMAZING. I’m a believer.

What does that mean about the thyroid test? I have had hyperthyroid and was very sick. Does this make it worse? I get my thyroid tested every few months.
Butterflymustfly_123 H If you look it up online (on a reputable, medical site) you can get the exact amounts and details, but over a certain amount of biotin taken regularly will mask HYPOthyroidism in tests from what I remember. Not sure about hyperthyroidism, as I’m not sure that it actually raises TSH levels, I think it just gives inaccurate test results. Meaning that your condition might look worse on paper I guess. Regardless, if test results aren’t accurate that will inevitably affect medication dosage. If I were you I would just check with your doctor before taking these, they should know the answer.
@@butterflymustfly_1232 I have Graves disease and hyperthyroidism and I was taking biotin religiously to encourage hair growth. My blood test results showed that my T3 and T4 were off. I hadn't taken biotin for about a month. I just had a blood test last week and my T3 and T4 were normal. I have been taking One A Day multivitamins and they have helped tremendously. 🥰

my curly 3b 4a hair is super heavy and huge and very voluminous i want it to be less voluminous and not as heavy and as big would using thinning shears help with that?

Girl I feel like right now that your hair is long it’s like my curl pattern ! The most curly on top, and a loser curl wave at the bottom ! When it’s long. When I do a good cut then I get a lot of bounce. I’m actually trimming my hair soon because it grow so fast !!! It’s long and it’s heavy 😫 plus I use a lot of product. How long did you take them.. I mean 'eventually' means time lapsed. RTI e lapse means time for growth. Viotamins dont grow your hair. IF youre nutrient deficit, they may help all around but its not going to MAKE your hair GROW.

I've heard that a lot of people who took biotin supplements had noticeable acne breakouts. Did you experience this at all while on your regimen?
Alex Meyer I’ve heard that too, it actually happened to me when I took biotin capsules in my teens! I broke out so I stopped. But in this case with the gummies, it seems they’re more gentle I don’t know, but I didn’t break out from them at all!

Your hair looks amazing as always ✨ I hope that you don’t mind the suggestion but there’s an herbalist who goes by the name Organic Olivia and she sells a hair tonic called Mane Magic. It’s an herbal supplement for hair growth which nourishes the blood and hair follicles and it’s amazing! It is more on the expensive side, but I think that it’s totally worth the price with the results I’ve been seeing and I just ordered a second one lol. If you are still looking for other options out there I definitely recommend that you look into it! It might just be something you didn’t know that you were looking for 😊

Vitamins doesn't grow out your hair longer, diet does! Its normal for hair to grow about one inch a month, so this vitamin didn't do anything more!
You can share your opinion, but I disagree. Diet is most important as I mentioned in the video, but vitamins definitely help. Biotin makes your hair and nails grow faster than normal. My hair was long but it grew even longer and quicker than the months that I did not take the vitamins.
Also, 1/2 inch is normal monthly growth. If your hair grows faster than that, you’re blessed!
