      That's from screen.studio/. - it has a lot of cool features (like the zoom) but I'm not really enjoying the editing experience so you'll probably see more experimentation happening.

    how do I add my css to a block theme for the entire site?

      The same way you would with a classic theme - wp_enqueue_style will load the css file across the entire site. I still use this for some global stuff, like the header/footer, where I know it'll be used across the entire site.
