Finally after 2 months of work it’s done! This animatic was a MONSTER, I tried keeping the drawings a bit messy in the beginning since I knew it’d be a LOT but that… was quickly abandoned :,) there are also some parts I wish the timing of the editing was better but I’m. so tired. I’m just happy to see this finally finished!! ^^ I had SO much fun drawing the last 2-3 minutes can you tell? :3

I mean at this point the main plot of helluva boss is stolitz's relationship and the individual healing journeys of Blitzø (being unlovable and intentionally or unintentionally hurting people he loves) and Stolas (recovering from an abusive relationship and finally fighting for his own happiness). So I can't even imagine Viv and her team doing anything else ^^
Also them being a happy couple at the end would be a wonderful demonstration of Blitzø's healing journey. From being unlovable, to being loveable. And from someone who hurts his loved ones, to someone who protects his loved ones (like being a body guard for Fizz and Stolas).
Also Viv seems to adore wholesome couples and lovestories (Fizz and Ozzy, M&M). Also if you look at the merch they have/had really cute Stolitz merch.
So I think there is no need to worry :3

i love little details so at the begining the heart mark on blitz' head was a broken heart but at the end the broken line was gone and it was a full heart and i love that

This was VERY well made. The sequence was well thought out, it all aligned with the show perfectly and everything made sense with what’s canon and what could be canon. The animation itself was great, I loved the flow of it all and it was clean. Great job syncing everything with the song. Even when it came to the instrumental parts, what happened visually matched the tone of the song, even when it changed. Very enjoyable animatic, keep it up 💜

First of all, beautiful art style.
Second, the amount of times this broke my heart. The perfect moment with the music when it showed Stolas’ feathers as he’s brought to the hospital.
Third, Stolas giving Blitzo the Asmodeus crystal and the whole transaction actually being happy and wholesome. It’s going to be so damn painful in the show.
