Great job on the model and totally agree regarding the number of roundels. Would look cluttered and detract from the tricolour. It does not look It's age. Decided I am going to have to build another one myself.

You've made a fine job of the restoration Mark and I look forward to seeing the maiden flight. How did you manage to paint the silver around the roundels? Did you use a brush or did you mask them off and spray ?

Thanks she's looking very dramatic isn't she. It's painted by hand rather than airbrushed..... In too much of a hurry 😂

@@MarkCroucherRC4fun The model is finished in the colours of Charles Nungesser. I think I remember reading tht a British or French aircraft attacked him so he added the tricoleur stripes to the wings prevent this ever happening again.

I've used about 10g of aluminum paint.
