I use weighted exercises in my training each week as it can boost the metabolic rate, which aids in burning more calories throughout the day. This can be beneficial for weight management and reducing body fat.

    Thank you for this amazing 45-minute intense workout! The combination of jump rope and dumbbell exercises kept me engaged throughout.     Solid training session winter just had to modify a few due to knee injuries other than that solid. Also do this with weighted ropes that’s the key.

      Hey Anthony this is exactly what I would suggest regress to your own fitness level as you can always attempt this workout another day. We want you guys to stay injury free so you can turn up again and again. It's all about execution for me, quality reps not how heavy you go.

      WOW 460 cals this is great to hear! I too am a HUGE fan of these type of workouts as I use weights every week in my training. The dummbell exercises in BURN are NEW and ones that we have not given you guys before. ENJOY!

    another great workout Winter ! Thanks a lot. Unfortunately I can't succeed to make the fighter squats, it's tough for me to put my arms overhead when squatting i don't have you amplitude. Do yu know what might be the problem and how i can improve?

      To regress the Fighter Squats don’t use weights and bend your elbows with arms in front of your body rather than overhead.
