How To Fix App Store Missing On iPhone

- Let me show you a quick, simple way to fix the App Store missing on your iPhone.
First, check if the App Store has been removed from the home screen but is still in the App Library. To access the App Library, swipe left on your home screen until you reach it. Use the search bar to look for the App Store, or browse through the apps. If you find the App Store, press and hold it, then select "Add to Home Screen."
If the App Store is not in the App Library, follow these steps:
1. Open "Settings."
2. Go to "Screen Time."
3. Tap on "Content & Privacy Restrictions."
4. Select "iTunes & App Store Purchases."
5. If prompted, enter your password.
6. Tap "Installing Apps" and choose "Allow."
Alternatively, you can turn off all restrictions by toggling off "Content & Privacy Restrictions."
Once done, return to your home screen. The App Store should now be visible. You can then reposition it as needed.
And that's how you fix the App Store missing on your iPhone.

My restrictions are off but the app store still isn't appearing. I did have restrictions on, but when I turned them off the app store flashed then disappeared again.
Yep same. All of these videos show the same ideas that don’t work.

@@kamrulhassan8781 i was able to fix the problem on my phone. if your still having this problem, here’s what i did. I had no restrictions enabled and the “installing apps” setting was set to allow but my app store was still gone. All i did was update my phone to the newest update 17.6, and i went to screen time, content & privacy restrictions, itunes & app store purchases, and installing apps was reset to “do not allow”, i just turned it to allow and my app store returned and didn’t disappear again. hope this helps!

These steps don’t work. The App Store has disappeared from two of our brand new iPhones. It also disappeared from my husband’s previous iPhone just before we traded it in. Unfortunately no one can seem to find an answer. And it isn’t because we are out of date either because these are brand new iPhone 15’s.
disable restrictions and it works ..just you to figure out which setting is affecting the app.
So how do you solved the issue?

Hmm. Let me dig and see if there’s anything else that could be happening. After making sure the screen time setting was right, it still wasn’t in your App Library? Also, what iOS are you on? I wonder if you need an update it might add it now.
