- ✓ This is our 1st ever visit to PittaGoras, to quote them; they say their food is: "Delicious with Mathematical Accuracy".
The delicious vegetarian wrap we had; used an authentic pitta bread imported from Greece, the grilled cheese they use is another import from Greece to which they add the following:
Tzatziki (Yoghurt, Cucumber & Garlic Sauce),
Lettuce,
White Onion,
Tomato,
Manouri (Greek White Cheese very similar to Feta),
Chips,
Salt,
Oregano,
Paprika,
Tomato Ketchup.
The stall is named Pitta Goras, their "play on words" name is inspired by the great Greek Mathamaticial Philosopher Pythagoras.
There is no secret to the recipe & preparation because the guys here make their Hellenic wraps in full view of you.

Alice Hart - Thank you very much for your kind comment. It takes a lot of time to create the videos, so comments such as yours make my efforts worthwhile.
Best wishs
Next time I’m working in Paddington, I will hit them up. Had no idea they were there!!
It's a rotating pattern of traders at Paddington - run by both "Kerb" & "Street Dots". Maybe worth checking their social media to see who's trading there if you want to catch someone specific.
I've actually eaten from there. Even though it's "street food" it's surprisingly really tasty and healthy. I mean, you can figure it out by yourself. Hope they can keep it going. Cheers
Thanks for the great video. Hope you enjoyed your wrap! Made with love and passion for Greek cuisine. Kostas, founder of Pittagoras Ltd.

My Greek friend showed me how to make Tzatziki. Now I eat it all the time, really nice with salads and just plain biscuits. Easy to make as well. If you want the recipe just let me know.
Yes please, would appreciate to recipe.
YOU DO NOT PUT IT IN SALADS plz
