"Silver, Blue and Gold" is another hit from Bad Company that sometimes gets overlooked.
You can't miss with the great musicians in Bad Company and with Paul Rodgers singing. Back in the day, there were so many players who really knew their instruments and so many unique voices. Thank God, UA-cam is making it possible for all generations to enjoy them so many years later. Either for the first time or reliving the memories.
Those were the days!
you guys are on fire today... Silver Blue and Gold is a real gem on this album
ROCK STEADY!!
Paul Rogers, One of the best iconic rock voices. He was also the lead singer for the band "Free"
The first concert I took my Mother to. She went out the next day and bought every Bad Company album.
Been decades since I've heard this one. Thanks for the reminder!❤❤❤
great tune, but this is more in the second wave of Bad Co. tunes. some many classics yet to be touched upon.
💯🎸 Bad Company is a BADASS band‼🔥
You can't go wrong with their stuff‼I've ALWAYS loved their vibe‼☮ ❤ 🎶
GONE GONE GONE
Great suggestion.
In the 70’s there was was such a fine line between Funk and Funky hard rock they really had so many similarities but yet marketed as 2 totally separate genres
Such an underrated group! Always great music; I’m sure this song live the bass player had his opportunity to take a big chunk of improvisation near the fade that’s what I was looking for 😁😁
Deep and amazing cut I forgot about, thanks for the reminder gentlemen!
Running With the Pack is a great album. Little Sister.
You guys are killing it great reaction. Bad Co 1st 4 albums were spectacular. Paul has such a fantastic voice. This band is full of talented musicians. Keep up the great work gentlemen love what you are doing for the Airplay family…
Ready for Love ;)
One of these best singing voices ever
One of the truly great rock voices
if you're digging deep, you should hear Gone Gone Gone off Desolation Angels. Great Bad Co song.
You'll like this.. great voice..
It's alright. Some better ones the have done..
Silver Blue and Gold. A bit slower but an excellent song nonetheless.
Feel like makin love, Bad Company, Can't get enough, Rock steady, Shooting star, etc....
Rodgers had one best R and R voices Bad co were for real
Paul Rodger’s and that voice. When sings “Darlin” I melt. Forgot about this record!!
I love the ending of this song!!
Thank you.
That bass line is nasty! Damn I forgot how great Bad Company is. Great review fellas.
I must of listentp this album a thousand times ans it never gets old
Just a really good song on the LP full of really good music.
There first 5 albums were just fire from side 1 through side 2 on all of them.
Yes the beat was something I loved it thanks guys.
Love Bad Company! Thanks La and Che.
one of the best outros ever!
Xavier Rudd live performance called Amazing musical performance. 😊 one man band , this is AMAZING. This is one you just have see. Whole new level of talent
You need to check out The Firm with Paul Rogers & Jimmy Page.
💯
You could set your watch to Simon Kirke & Boz Burrell laying down the rhythm!
Good get guys!
😎
The main riff reminds me Billy Squier' s "The Stroke" (maybe the contrary , don't know which came First )
BadCo was first
You guys should check out shooting star I believe it's on their second album you guys get a chance check out Foreigner Jukebox Hero Dirty White Boy Want to Know What Love Is
Here is a hitter!
Eagles stole the lick for "Victim of Love."
You guys need to review the band The Firm which is Jimmy Page and Paul Rogers the singer from Bad Company their first album The Firm is worthy of an album review😊
BadCo hidden jem. Back in the dumpster CLUTCH-ELECTRIC WORRY 4:44 video (Remember: Gotsta get paid by ZZ TOP)
Want to hear Beatles on striods. SABBATH
😊❤👏🙏
If you haven't checked out simple man by Bad Company it's worth listening to. It's not the same song as the one from Lynard Skynard . 👍
One of my all-time Bad Co faves.
Try Robert plant. Big log
So hard to believe that Bad Company isn’t in the RRHOF- complete travesty/indictment
This is a pretty good song, but Bad Company has about 1000 songs better than this. What made you pick this one?
Someone probably requested it.
Felt the same way as soon as the title popped up in my feed.. why this song? It’s a decent tune by the band, but really kinda falls flat compared to so many of their other tunes.
If I remember correctly, they really didn’t like Bad Co the first time they reacted to em, so it really makes me wonder why someone requested this one as a follow up. 🤷
but how many times can you listers
This album was them starting to go downhill, except for a few good ones like the title track and Silver, Blue & Gold, the sole great song on this album.
Sorry, but I don't know who recommended this song. Bad company is one of my favorite bands and this, in my opinion is part of their Disco sound. A poor representation of the true Bad Company . Do Wildfire woman or Good Lovin gone bad. If you want Paul Rodgers with his raw vocal Talent go back to free with all right now. The long version. Thanks love you guys
Free were better. Energise this track and you have something similar to early AC/DC.
Not in the rock n roll hall of fame....bahahahahahaha...
Better song selection please..
I give it a C They have much better songs
Simon Kirk is superb on drums. Very underrated but one of the best!❤
Simple Man is the best song on this album it's one of the best songs they ever wrote.
You guys should react to entire albums. Their first four albums are classic gold!
