The future continuous tense is formed with will + be + a present participle. For example, I will be hanging out with Mack that day. In the video, George uses the present continuous (a present form of BE + a present participle) to express future plans. This is an acceptable use of the present continuous tense but it is not called "future continuous".

I agree. I was quite shocked at this mistake. If this is a bona fide official video from Cambridge, then it is a pretty serious mistake.
On a more positive note The language is absolutely up-to-date and colloquial and not your typical "textbook" English. I would love if my students spoke more this way than worrying about their grammar and speaking grammatically "correct" but totally " unnatural" and even weird English.

Quite right about present continuous. Just one further note. There is no 'future tense' in English. This is will + be + verb-ing

Nothing wrong what is said by George about future arrangements in the form of present continuous but the meaning is future continuous, because present continuous is used to talk about future arrangements.
