Agree, and agree again. Garrison Keillor is a rare treasure, IMHO the best in the biz. There's really no one like him, he's Mark Twain for our times. He created these amusing and topical scripts pretty much from one Saturday night to the next for about 40 years. That said...his band, and cast were huge elements in the success of this show. Sue and Tim are tremendous talents. PHC has been my favorite source of entertainment since I heard the first time.
Garrison Keillor's creativity is boundless. He created an entire town and all the people in it, including pets. I'm buying his CDs since he's off the air now and they're great, plus the old shows are currently online so we don't have to go through withdrawal.
