The midscalp might be a 5. It lasts longer but often dies in the end. The donor area might be a 10. If your hair loss is aggressive, it might do 11 damage per year to each area. Wipes out the front quickly. The donor may take 1 damage a turn (10-11) so last longer but eventually thin. Taking fin is like buffing your hair by +2 defence or whatever. So each area will last longer and some areas might pass a threshold of immunity or even regrowth. Sorry for making it sound like Dungeons and Dragons but that's my theory anyway.

But how oftnes it happens is something in asking myself since im afraid i get it as well. On his yt channel he showed nw6-7 with graeat donor but then showed nw 3 who already had signs if thinning in donor.

How many fut surgeries are possible, ive had 2 and considering a third 😊
I had a strip surgery in 2015, they grow for a few years and all then died. i think it was at 2018..
