Me: lives in a closed room no sunlight all day no furits just cold drink's excessive sleep and using screen for hour's and i was thinking why im so unproductive 😭😥
I had my exams just a week ago. In my exam days, I could awak for long time. My exams lasted for 15 days. At the starting I Couldn't awak more but by the end I managed to sleep only 3/4.5 hours and study the rest. But After the exam, I took a day off and slept for long time. And after that day I feel sleepy all the time. All the day. It's hard for me to awak even for 1 hour after I get up from my sleep. This is not the first time. Always this happens with me. Suppose now I am having a good schedule of sleep. But If I sleep more than my regular hours juts one day, Everything changes and after that one day I feel sleepy for all day. What do I do?

Serotonin is associated with boosting mood and helping a person feel calm and focused. At night, darker lighting triggers the brain to make another hormone called melatonin. This hormone is responsible for helping you sleep. ✅Micronutrient deficiency ▪️Insomnia is a debilitating condition causing psychological distress and frequently comorbid with other mental health conditions. ✅Excessive Screen Time ▪️two or more hours of screen time in the evening can seriously disrupt the melatonin surge needed to fall sleep. Consider turning off all electronic devices at least one hour before sleep, at a minimum. ✅Make a Good Night Routine ▪️A good night routine with no screen time 2 hours before sleep, a hot shower and walk in garden can really help you to good sleep.

Try to maintain a balance sleep like 7-8 hours daily. Don't sleep more than 8 hours and less than 7 hours.
