- The S&S Screamin Swing made its debut in 2004 at Knotts Berry Farm. Cedar Fair was impressed with the ride and bought another one for Dorney Park in 2005. Both these rides were small compared to newer screamin swings. With only 4 riders per arm and only 2 arms.

I have always liked public park swings since I was a child. This really looks fun!
Scandia Ontario had 1 called Swedish Swing when they were still open. But it was a custom trailer model and the 2 arms swing the same direction as each other rather than opposite directions like the rest do.
Anything that uses compressed air really gets me going!
Great job on the explanation of off sync two swing models. That is currently happening to the one at my home park, so it’s always either on one swing or the mild setting. I wish they’d have S&S come out and fix it.
What's your home park ?
My local FEC (Family Fun Center) installed one back in 2005. Even though it is a small 4 seater it is so much fun with great forces I haven't seen it operate in years though.
Great ride, love the restraints on them as a taller rider. Never got tired of Rush
This Screamin Swing that was at Knott's Berry Farm might not have been the most popular, especially cause it was an upcharge attraction, but I'm glad I got to ride it a few times; due to the lighter swings it moved a lot faster than the others
How about HUSS Enterprise and/or Fly Away next?
Did not know my home park had the original Screamin' Swing
I’ve ridden quite a few of these, and operated Swingshot at Kennywood. They're both fun to ride and operate.
I love this ride. My experience with this ride is with Swing Shot at Kennywood. They are popular rides and for good reason they generally, while mostly shorter rides are realy good and fun rides
These things are so cool I love the sounds
I've been on the one at Knotts, and it was scary, but super fun. I would go on it again
That looks FUN 😊
Can you do a video on the “Freak Out” ride? We have one that travels here every year and I’d love to hear you talk about it. I’m not sure if it’s always called the Freak Out, but that’s what I know it as. Thanks!
I had more fun on these (Sky Hawk) and the MaxAir at CP than I did on the coasters. They were really fun rides
I love Skyhawk haha. My all time favorite flat ride
Can you do one of these on the zamperla rotoshake? They seem very interesting
Finnegan's flyer is the best flat ride at Busch Gardens Williamsburg now seeing how they unceremoniously removed da Vinci's cradle 😢. BGW really lacks flat rides that are thrilling. RIP Mach Tower & DaVinci's Cradle.
i don’t know why these scare me so much!
It’s a shame Dorney Park removed theirs
I was at Dorney today and I didn’t know they removed theirs! I’ve ridden Skyhawk at CP and Serengeti Flyers at Seaworld Orlando and I absolutely love them! I was hoping to ride it but found out I’m years late 😅
I only knew about Dorney’s version from the UA-cam Channel Theme Park Maniacs no more no less
What model is Thunder 'n' Lightning at Lake Compounce. Also, I don't think it has a seatbelt, but only the lapbar.
How does the arm communicate to the PLC on the new model? Is it done where the brake is at the bottom or via the top
I pretty sure Barnstormer at Dollywood magnetic brakes doesn't apply until the arm(s) are almost slowed down.
I love Finnegans Flyer!
Turbo Drop!
2nd comment! love your vids!
