A personal tip for scalp health that I feel not many people think about is clarifying your hair brush. Just removing the hair is not enough. Let your brush sit in warm water with a drop of clarifying shampoo for a few minutes and use a spare tootbrush to scrub the brush down and do this as often as needed. It prevents buildup on your scalp and reapplying dirt, oil, and dead skin skin cells from a dirty brush that can clog your follicles and cause irritation or itchiness

Do we use the black tea rinse after shampooing? Rinse out and then condition?

Scalp care is extremely important to me, I have sebborheic dermatitis, I use medicated shampoos which are prescripted from my trichologist

I've been using oil on my scalp a few hours before I shower, which is once a week, and have been experiencing increased hair fall. Is that normal? Am I doing something wrong?

How long do you leave the scalp treatment in for?
I use a homemade scalp treatment, also with rosemary oil, but I find I rarely have time to leave it in for more than 30-60 min the most, but I'm unsure if that's enough to do anything ): I would prefer to just leave it in for 30 min and then go, but..

has anyone here with light hair tried the rosemary scalp treatment and found it darkened your hair? I'd like to try it but I read on the site that one of the ingredients (Bhringaraj) darkens hair and I'd rather my hair colour not change.

When I wear claw clips it hurts my head or feel like it’s tugging somewhere; any recommendations? Thank you.

      How do you wear them?
For me, it used to hurt and tug when I wasn't wearing it properly. I think it helps if you distribute the weight of your hair on your head evenly before clipping it. Or don't clip it so close to your scalp. Or maybe try and wear it a bit higher?

I got it a couple of years ago and I think it's their XL size, I got it when my hair was long :)

instead of using other oils you can use your own sebum
