@ErikMostue yes, the t-slot rail is sandwiched between the bed cap and the tonneau rail. The TruXport is currently the only Truxedo cover that will not work with the Elevate system.
If you ordered from RealTruck, have them start a ticket. They'll ask you some questions and probably ask for some pictures, and they may get everything figured out for you pretty quickly, but if they have problems figuring it out, ask them to message me with the details and I'll take a look at it.
Hey Todd, I purchased the Elevate Rack system from Real Truck and I tried to combine it with the BAK Revolver 4XS tonneau cover. I am having a heck of a time getting the cover to work, it appears to be to narrow which led me to this video, I have removed all shims including the 1/8" thick tape/shim on the back of Revolver track, I really though I had it figured out but no luck. I do have on my 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 the bed rail plastic protector cover like you have on the Mavrick. Is that part of my problem? Do you have any other suggestions or should I just return it and buy the Sentry CT? BTW I tried calling tech their only suggestion was to remove the shims if any.
The main thing is to replace seals that make up extra width between the bed caps. The t-slot rails sometimes come with a seal applied to the rail that gets sandwiched between the rail and your bed cap. Make sure that is replaced with the thin seal that comes rolled up in your kit. Did you do that already? Also, the factory plastic bed cap protectors will not affect the fitment unless there is something extra that is adding to the space between the bed caps.
@@ToddsTruckLife Thanks for responding quickly. Prior to installation there was no insulation or padding of any kind on the truck. As for the rails they were clean and I did apply the thin sticky tape about 1/64" or 1/32". I did add shims because the T-Rail was cockeyed, since then I removed all shims including the 1/8" shim that was factory applied to the track of the Revolver tonneau cover. Is there any way I can contact you directly? I took a short video which might explain my problem, which I think will also cause an issue with Sentry CT. I have now also run into another issue, I have a Thule Rod Vault and Thule kayak carrier that neither attachment brackets are compatible.
SAME thing happened to me! I have a Maverick. Ordered the Truxedo Elevate TS Rail and Rack System along with the BAK Revolver X4s. After numerous (not helpful) conversations with the tech folks at RealTruck, I could not get the Revolver to freely roll back and forth, and it was binding. I then spoke with a BAK rep today, who finally revealed that none of the BAK tonneau covers are compatible with the Truxedo Elevate Racks! Then spoke with a Truxedo rep (RealTruck) who recommended the Truxedo Sentry CT. SO, I am returning the BAK Revolver and ordered the Sentry CT. I REALLY hope that this combo will work!
@@lindajanik6515 In the end I went with the SyneticUSA combo. A pretty nice product, but it has the canister in the bed of the truck which is what I was trying to avoid because I have a five foot bed. BTW it is much cheaper cost but in all I like the product, especially the clamps have a worm drive leveler. At least look at the product.
This video helped me a ton and I don't even have a Maverick....Same thing applies to the F150. Thanks for the tip, it made a huge difference.

I have a truxedo roll up tonneau cover on my 2019 Ford F-150. Do I have to remove the cover completely to install the t mount rail /Elevate Rack?
