Hello,
when you open File - Account does it show "This Product is Activated." or does it shows "Product is not licensed, Connect to Company Network or contact the System Administrator."

That's because you missed a point in my steps in the video.
SOLUTION: UNinstall the office apps you already have. Restart your device to be sure office is completely removed from your computer. Then, follow my guide in this tutorial. Don't skip a step in the video. It works for others. It'll work for you.

You need to be sure of your computer/Laptop's architecture bit.
If your system is 32 bit, then select 32 here
