I remember playing this on the Tsumo Deluxe arcade cabinet at my local Main Event as a kid, and the added motion capabilities made this one of my favorite games there! I also had a real hard time trying to get this to run on my gaming laptop a few years back, but hopefully my next gaming PC can run it better. Is there a patch you can recommend that'll make things easier?

No patch, try this: run that game has administrator and run on compatibility mode windows XP ( service pack 2 ) see if it works ☺
